It is really quite easy to do with the right software, especially if you've purchased an video editting package.
I hang out at
www.videohelp.com sometimes, there is lots of good info there.
Basically here are your steps:
1) Rip Oz to hard drive. Try DvdDecrypter
2) Rip DSOM. MANY rippers available
3) Replace audio track of Oz with DSOM
4) Re-render video
5) Encode into Mpeg-II format
6) Create DVD image
7) Burn
If you had a piece of software like Ulead VideoStudio ($149), you could do it all with that. This is the one I work in often.
Else, there are a number of demo's and freebies out there you can use, it will be mode work, but it's free. Check out: Tmpgenc, DvdDecrypter, IfoEdit. It's been so long since I've done it with the freeware, that I forget everything that is out there.
