What do you think of the mods/admins?

Just say it here without threat of evilness!

None of the above. Some do very well. Others seem to be largely inactive in that department.

All are VERY kind though :D

a hell of a lot better than SA or newgrounds, in fact we have the best group of admins on this forum than any other forum i've been on, much more mature too.

I just feel I should mention before any thing else:

Remember that the Dream Guides, Mods and Seeker are all volunteering their time. The staff does have their own lives to live. We love DV as much as anyone else, but we aren't machines :p

Also remember that a lot of work does go on behind the scenes. As many may have noticed, DV is very lenient. So you may not see a lot of moderating going on up front, but behind the scenes a lot of work is done by the teams.

Just felt that should be brought up. Carry on :cool:

I couldn't tell you who they are to be honest. But the forum seems well run, and anything I have reported has always be dealt with swiftly so thumbs up from me!

I said they're pretty good. I post some stuff that you have to be pretty open-minded to read without scoffing. In fact, I think subconsciously, I could almost say I aim to offend those people who are easily-offendable haha. I haven't had anything unfairly deleted on me (that I'm aware of).

What I see is a minimal amount of spammy posts (in the media forum mostly), and mods being invisible. That's a good thing. If a forum of this size feels like it's relatively spam-free, but relatively unmoderated, that means the mods are doing a good job :D.

No, never. You're actually one of the very active ones. I always see you around. But some, 1 for example, has made a whole 8 posts since the start of June. I'd imagine they check in every so often (whether they post often or not), I can't say. Another has made a whopping 18-19 posts this entire year thus far.

I'd personally like to see more mods active, just joining in discussions and stuff, to kinda show they still care. :p

Well, I haven't been here long, but so far I think they do a good job with the site and most of the ones I've talked to seem nice. :D

But on a serious note; it does seem that a handful of moderators are doing the work of the entire team. Arby also raises a good point.

I think they are excellent.
The only problem is that if you criticize one of them, they all jump to defend him or her like a lioness defending its cubs, which is kind of cute, but it makes criticizing very difficult.
And again I'd like to emphasize I think they are superb.

I think they are all doing a wonderful job! They are friendly and helpful, and the forum is well run. There's not a lot of spam, and not any "trolls." So I say that all of the admin/mods/dg's are doing great!

They're pretty active, at least the ones that I've seen
