Yea, only make sure you understand what your getting into, and understand that set and setting are EXTREMELY IMPORTANT before taking the drug:
Set (your mindset before the trip, must be 100% positive and optimistic)
Setting (you must be in a comfortable enviroment, quiet and peaceful, no stress or worries)

well it's time i track some down! love the stuff. i have never had a "bad trip". If anything the drug seems to clear my mind. through it the world seems perfectly articulated.
I want to add that you need to avoid the Hell out of conversations with people who are not tripping and who are not your close friends. I have on two occasions been in groups that included drunk retards while I was tripping, and too many of those drunk retards just did not get the fucking point that I was tripping. Drunk idiots who have never done acid or who have done acid and still don't get what it is about (because they think you are supposed to go to techno bars and twirl glow sticks and do nothing in the way of philosophical advancement) will talk to you like you are just another drunk person and want to argue with you about who rides in the front seat and why you don't want to go hang out at the nearest bar full of dumb ass drunk rednecks. Mushrooms are far cleaner than acid, at least in my experience. The times I did mushrooms, I never felt sick at all, and I did not have emotional or clarity issues after more than a day later. I just still felt like I was tripping a little bit the next day when I smoked weed. Acid, on the other hand, is a dirty drug with a negative edge and other bad side effects, and it can leave your brain doing some weird stuff weeks later in some cases. I don't think I am ever going to do acid again. I have fun on it, but there is just too much negative baggage that comes with it, in my case.Quote:

It is true that there are imitation mushrooms that are poisonous. I am only talking about the real thing. I have never felt physically ill from them, but I have heard others say that they have. I see a possiblity that they took the poisonous kind, but I am not sure. I live where the psilocybin mushrooms grow, and I know how to pick them. Nobody has ever gotten sick while doing mushrooms with me. I guess that does not prove nobody ever could.Quote:

My friend probably had the most intense bad trip on mushrooms ever. He ate them, but the batch was a little late on arrival so he didn't start tripping until after he fell asleep. Additionally, he had an out of body experience because he thought he died and saw himself unconscious on the ground with his friends dad taking his blood pressure.
