 chill out....
Well my imagination is sort of crazy because when i got bored when i did my exams i used my imagination to think what i would do if a blood crazed zombie burst through the door lol

Gahaha that made me laugh!
Anyways. Want my imagination?
Now, my little job I have, every friday is this, sit down, take one piece of newspaper, take another, put together, fold on middle. When I have done this 240 times, I put them into a super market wagon thingy, and go put these in peoples mail boxes. No thinking required. At all.
So this gives me loads of time to think about anything.
Last time, I attempted to find a well working fencing system for some RPG game. In the end it ended up as 'Cheesewheel Fencing' where you put 4 directions on a disc, and then use parry / attack based off where the two are pointing.
Other times, it's been making of my own little world, I'll start by making the races (Usually 3-4, if it goes over, I lose, because I can't write it down at that moment.) then I make a loose map in my head and maybe a tiny story.
Or I think about what I would do if I had been one of the main developers of some big MMORPG, and if I was able to play on the servers. Mostly I keep it on a realistic level, although I like to go outside :3
And here it comes... The grand thing.
What I would do if I was GOD!
Usually I mix it up so I'm like a Sheogorath kind of God. (Daedric Prince of Madness) he's mad. I'd make cities, and form a little cult of madmen that would be worshipping me. I would casually give them some job to do something crazy, (Like "Drive [name] insane, here, take this, it will make you invisible, get creative!") and I'd follow them, and reward them if they are succesful.
Usually, I'm thinking back in medieval world, but I also spend alot of time imagining the same thing, in present time.
I imagine this huuuge dome with seats everywhere, screens all over, and a giant scene in the middle. Here I stand. Poof, every. Single. Person in the world has their own seat now. Now I would start rambling about that I'm the God now 'n shiz.
Also, if I were to be God, I would make myself more than one 'character' so I could shift to be other people, so I could try being everything I would want.
I'd ofcourse have my own little side-world where only invited people could go.
I'd make myself some happy servants living in some crazy castle.
Another thing, I thought about standing somewhere. Poof, every single person that has killed another person shows up. Then I start cleaning up untill I have only the most roary guys. (I might kill some aswell >:D) Then I'd give them magical trinkets and stuff (Camoflague Necklace, Ring that shoots bolts of insanity!) and tell them to do what they want, if they fail to please me, I'd kill them. If they did please me, I'd either kill them, or make them as one of my characters so I could be them, if they turned out to be cool enough :D
Right, that's some of it. Mompf mompf.
Then ofcourse there are the thoughts-a-15-year-old gets, sometimes as part of the God thing >:D
Oh yeah, reminds me, sometimes I imagine having a companion, and we would go from town to town disguised as whatever, and then just live loud, be annoying untill the whole town is ready to kill us with pitchforks, and then go "Haha, pranked!" then go to next town.
... Ok I'm done now.
Or not
I do that aswell, in regular classes, actually, just today I was sitting there, thinking what I would do if someone went crazy and did a school shoot-out. It turned very unrealistic, almost into something taken out of Madness Combat...
Indeed, I'd really love to actually do these things in a dream.
Actually, I found out about Lucid Dreaming while I was in my big "If I was God" phase, which really got me excited about it, thinking now I could actually do those things.
I still can't wait to try it >:D
Heh, yeah, thanks.
Well, yes, it seems like it is regular, to some degree.
I usually have a focus around some main concept. Sometimes it's about the RPG thing, then I shift back into the God thing. Ofcourse, not limited to that, I get alot of other things going in.
But I think it's mainly because there is so much to the being God thing, that it keeps comming back once the ideas come up.
Well lately I've been thinking about what if an innocent person is on death row and has prepared themselves for the imminent death then in the nick of time is finally found innocent and released but the person was just ready to die, how do they go about their lives after that.
Major dramatic screenplay coming right up
Well then I just hope it dosn't stop! I could probably still be classified as a 'kid' by some ;D
I'm not sure if my daydreaming is vivid.. I can't compare it to others vividness because, well, I can't see other peoples imaginations. (Wouldn't want to #.#)
Do you happen to know how I can determine the vividness of my imagination?
I probably do imagine pretty vivid, but I'm not sure.
Well, basically it's proabably very complex, and you forget about your real-life surroundings, you're so caught up in the daydream.
... Hah. Haha...
Thanks, it is vivid then! When I sit there and put the paperworks together, I catch myself sitting there, doing nothing, staring into the wall. Quite alot. Fun fun.

Yup. My conworld is pretty much all I think about when I get the time. Even when I don't have the time I'm thinking about it.
Holy crapshit.
That's huge and advanced and things.
That's totally awesome, and totally NOT how I ever create worlds. I usually go by races, the world and the story (Which is, slightly easier to keep in the head, than all your information and systems)
I mean, you have so many things in there D:
I didn't read any of the Elemental systems, I looked at the pictures and, gah. There's like so much.
When I create one, I'm usually observing and developing around a few characters. It seems like you have alot of focus on whole species instead.
Kinda cool.
It's nothing I would ever want to create, really. Not in the same way, that's what I find really interesting.
Maybe I should get a world together in one pig page like you did...
I hope I made sense, I'm tired.
I started creating a world once and it had serious potential to become complex but then I kind of stopped...I wonder if I can remember it and do something with it?
Big chance you probably could, if you wanted!
If nothing more, it would be entertaining for the people on DV to read it ;D
Write a book! :>
I've written a few (very unfinnished) (small) stories I got from making up these worlds.
I think I would have to polish them alot before I could post them here, so meh.
And yeah, it would be a shame if the worlds were lost, I always try to write them down, never know when a fictional world could come in handy ;D
What if God forgot to write down his ideas? :O Oh sh-
Sounds healthy.
:L
Reminds me of Tricky Madness 2, or just Madness Combat all together.

lol. i was reading EWOLD last night before bed. (exploring the world of lucid dreaming by stephen laberge for those who dont know.)
it was explaining stuff about schemas. its what makes books fun because our minds unconciously fills in blank areas that werent described to us in a passage.
A man walked into a store and asked the person behind the counter, "have you seen me before?" he replied "Never in my life." so then the man said "then how did you know it was me?"
you probably made an image in your imagination of a man walking into a store through a door, not through the window. You assumed he did. You also assumed that the person behind the counter was a man and not a woman. (ignore the fact i said he instead of "it" because that wouldntve sounded right) but anyways, you probably also assumed that there were shelves in the room or that there was a road outside or a sidewalk that the man walked on to get to the store.
That is a schema. things you assume to be there when only few details are given. Schemas play a huge roll in dreaming.
say your in a dream and its dark outside. your walking along a sidewalk when you see someone ahead of you. you assume that, since its dark and no one else is around, that it is a mugger, looking to do you harm. you run and run but you think hes faster and will catch you and he does. hes right behind you. You twist down alleys and roads and hide behind a trash can but you think its a bad hiding spot and that he will find you again. Since you assumed that, he will.
Assumptions and Expections paly a huge roll in dreams and in your imagination.
