i like to start out with...

(a) "how much does an elephant weigh?"

then follow up with

(b) "are you tired?"

then finish with

(c) "did it hurt?"

answers: (a) enough to break the ice, hi i'm jacob. (b) because you've been running through my mind all day. (c) when you fell from heaven... did it hurt?
