Ahahahaha, so true!
*psst* There are only 4 starter sets (well 5 if you count the new one). Besides... I think they're all the weakest. Nintendo seems to have something against grass Pokemon.

Over course grass Poke'mon will be weak! You walk all over the grass in your yard, imagine what a baby Charmander would do to it!
no way mon, My Venusaur with his "Razor Leaf" I swear that is all I used in fire red. I usually took the enemies Pokemon down within 3-5 hits of Razor Leaf. But when I ran out of SP... I was screwed...
There are so many Pokemon mods out there it's insane, and half of them aren't actually any good as far as I'm concerned.
Anyway, back to the OP:

Here they are. Couldn't choose just one, but Dragonite is definately at the top .:D
Spoiler for Faves:
I think that covers ever gen.
I just want to throw this out there, but I'm extremely dissapointed as to what Togepi has become. I believe it had so much potential to evolve into Mew. Maybe it's just me though...
Togepi into Mew??? Why??? That makes no sense.
You never heard the supposed hack? About stopping the S.S Anne from departing, then surfing until you go to a truck, and if you did this thing just right, you'd find Togepi hiding under it, and he was supposed to evolve into mew or something from there? My word.
Well seeing as no Legendary evolves, that wouldn't even be possible even if Togepi resembled Mew.
Umm...no? I play Pokemon the legit way. The only thing I know hack-wise is some of what can be done with Action Replay, which I'd probably find useful, but will also probably never buy.
I thought you were supposed to find Mew under there. I seem to recall finding a truck when I tried it, but no Mew. =/ Not entirely sure though; that was a long time ago.
It technically was supposed to be legit. Some well-kept secret the programmers slipped in. There were all sorts of rumors like that...beat the league 1000 times and you become the owner of a gym or something like that. At the end of the day, MissingNo was the only valid one.

In my Yellow game, I found a MissingNo and so I have infinite Rare Candies and also used some GameShark codes to get a PikaBlu and a Mew. Good thing I checked my game out before restarting it! lol
Onto the topic. I think everything 3rd Gen on is utter crap. They don't even look like anything remotely real. I mean, at least 1st and 2nd gen looked similar to something the majority of the time
Now onto my favorites. I'm just going in order (I had others I liked on my team, but these are my faves overall)
Charmander/Charmeleon, Sandshrew/ Sandslash, Cyndaquil/ Quilava, Espeon
In my Crystal version, I had an -Eon team. All Eevee evolutions. However, I tried to play it while on vacation a few wks ago and the game had gone corrupt. WAAAAH!!! :morecrying:
Gold/Silver/Crystal are really bad for that. I have all three and none of them can save properly. :x
Yeah, the internal batteries made for the games were designed to only last 7 - 8 years, and after that time they die and cannot be replaced unfortunately :(
Magikarp. Hands down the best pokemon ever.
Especially with that brutal splash attack ;)
I hate when people say this. Pokemon is supposed to be play handheld, enough said.Quote:
You could always get a gameboy emulator and the game rom and play them on the computer.
Lol, I was actually talking to the GF about a Pokemon emulator yesterday
I'm out of it, so I prob won't rebuy it. I would only fight the E4 when on vacation... since there's nothing else for me to do in the game. Was up to 20times beating the E4
<3 emulators.
Hm my favourite would be...

Zangoose, though the shiny version usually has red claws.
I'm not a big fan of the games but enjoyed the mystery dungeon series and played the editions up to the 3rd gen.
There are a lot more I like, Latias/Latios, The eeveelutions (Eevee appeared in my first lucid dream along with Lugia and Ho-Oh), Rayquaza, Lugia, Guardevoir, Mew, Ninetails, Flygon and Weavile.
