      I couldn't stop using Arcanine in the first gen, and when I played Silver (oh GOD did I play Silver!! My copy still works, I'm sure of it) I couldn't stop using Tyrannitar. No other options for me in terms of my first-choice Poke'mon. I built my parties around these guys.

      @Mark75 Espeon. Never went for Espeon, though my sister was into her a lot. I went for Umbreon, but even then it wasn't very interesting a choice for my parties. I went with Jolteon more often.
