If i take these will it have an effect?

I personally haven't had luck with B complexes. Mileage of course varies. I used them before bed and in WBTBs. I didn't notice any changes, but don't let my personal situation determine what you do.
Separate B vitamins (B6 and B5 mainly) have yielded results, however.
