lucid after stopping melatonin
So last nighti didn't take a melatonin pill and i couldn't get to sleep for the life of me... i was very tired but still couldn't sleep. while trying i kept going in and out of SP untill finally i fell tosleep only to wake up about 3 hours later. when i woke up i got something to drink and tried to go back to sleep but again could not go to sleep. i was getting kind of frustrated at this point considering i had class in the morning. after a while of trying to sleep i realised i was dreaming about trying to go to sleep. i found this out by moving into a more comfy posision and i didn't feel the move. i looked at my hands and rubbed them together and they stretched out. it was very wierd because i didn't notice the transision i couldn't sleep because i was already asleep or what? anyway,i tried to get out of bed whilei was still lucid and for the life of me could not. every time i tried to move out of bed i'd get all tanged up in my body and in my bed. then i woke up fivve minutes before my alarm went off. so, i guess my question is after becoming pretty much addicted to the melatonin pills and stopping, not getting much sleep, could this potentially be a technique for lucid dreaming?
