Not really a program, but possibly setting your desktop wallpaper as an image that says to do an RC?
I'm not sure I know of anything like that. I could probably write a quick program to do that, if you'd like (assuming I still remember how to use Visual Basic). Of course you would have to open the program every time you turn your computer on.
Liquid Dream III has some features for that in the Lucidity folder.
