      I'm not sure I know of anything like that. I could probably write a quick program to do that, if you'd like (assuming I still remember how to use Visual Basic). Of course you would have to open the program every time you turn your computer on.

      Cool. Pro tip: if you click on play when on the Checks folder, they will play randomly every 30 minutes or so.

      To the original poster, may I suggest opening the Memos.exe file (assuming you have Windows 7) and just setting a memo to yourself. You can log off/log on/lock/whatever and the memo will still be there.

      try a program that can do subliminal messages on your desktop

      that means it flashes "do a reality check" at random times, at random places on the desktop, for a fraction of a second

      if it gets in your subconscious, you will do it automatically
