milk at wbtb
I have tested Alpha Gpc and Yohimbine (separately) after 4 hours of sleep and I found it very difficult to get back to sleep (even if I take 0.5g of melatonin). I am thinking of drinking a glass of milk, when I take the supplements, in order to help with sleep. Will this have a negative impact on dreaming?

For WBTB the ideal is going back to bed 1hr after you wake up, I'm always too tired to wait an hour but that's what you're supposed to do. However, none of the timing and supplements matter if you cant get back to sleep. I suggest that for the time you're awake you listen to binaural beats and meditate (to get yourself in the correct frame of mind to lucid dream). If you think milk will get you back to sleep I don't see it having an overpowering effect on the quality of your dreams. Happy dreaming! :D

I think it should be noted that I'm not an expert on the chemistry of lucid aids and I don't know if there will be a negative reaction between the milk and the Alpha Gpc, Yohimbine, and Melatonin. It is very unlikely though.
