For WBTB the ideal is going back to bed 1hr after you wake up, I'm always too tired to wait an hour but that's what you're supposed to do. However, none of the timing and supplements matter if you cant get back to sleep. I suggest that for the time you're awake you listen to binaural beats and meditate (to get yourself in the correct frame of mind to lucid dream). If you think milk will get you back to sleep I don't see it having an overpowering effect on the quality of your dreams. Happy dreaming! |
