Does anyone know which is the best racetam to use with galantamind. I know everyone here suggests paracetam but l've been checking and there are about five strains of this. Pramrecetam seems to be much better from what l can see.
Has anyone ordered anything from intellimeds.co.uk
Thomas Yuschak in his book The power of supplement mentions also two other racetams, that may work similartly as Piracetam. But he says: 'Not all nootropics are created equal however and Piracetam is the only one that I have found in which there is an abundant amount research on how it affects the cholinergic system (acetylcholine)". I guess, that's why he recommends Piracetam to be used to "reduce desensitization of acetylcholine receptors and for this reason it allows for more frequent lucid dream attempts when used correctly".
You want to use it to counteract Galantamine, right? I got some from Amazon, it's called Piracetam.

l did some googling and it seems that Pramiracetam is the best derivative from Paracetam [which is illegal here anyway - uk. So, l can't get that].
Pramiracetam is about 8-30 times more powerful than Paracetam [l'll only be taking about half a tab]. lt's said to have a better effect than Parecetam as well.
Yes i want it because it's suppose to rid the system of Galantamine so we don't become tolerant to it. But, Pramiracetam also has other benefits too, of course.
l ordered some today, as it happens and Alpha-GPC for the choline.
I would be careful using anything else, than what is mentioned in his book. As he says, he uses Piracetam, because there is lots of research about it. So there may not be enough research about the drug you are talking about. Please reconsider.
Thanks for the warning Gab. l have looked around and everyone l've come across [on several forums etc] who has used Pramirecetam says it's the best.

OK, could be, that the pramiracetam was not available when Yuschak was doing his experiments. Or, he didn't need anything more potent than Piracetam.
Not sure if you are using 5-HTP. Since it is used also as an antidepressant, ( I use it to get REM rebound effect), and so is Pramiracetam, they should not be taken at the same time/same day.

I generally stick with Piracetam, L-Theanine and Choline Bitartrate and have been experiencing extremely detailed dreams (even more so than I have naturally). As to Pramiracetam I've heard it can cause a few side effects, I can't remember all of them off the top of my head but I believe anxiety, nausea and insomnia are some of them.
Besides as previously mentioned Piracetam has plenty of research available on it, how it works, what areas of the brain it stimulates and other effects it causes.
I've been having lucid dreams with use of Source Naturals Vinpocetine + Neuro Boost Piracetam with a cholinergic source from time to time. The lucid dreams are intense, but I have been enjoying them to say the least. I would recommend using small amounts of Piracetam (maybe 2,400mg per session). Galantamine has been stated to increase the concentration of ACh within the human brain while Piracetam stimualtes the ACh receptors. I believe the synergy will work out to a positive result or outcome. good luck

I personally take Piracetam whne I wake up after I took Galantamine with choline to reduce desensitization.
I've heard conversations with nootropic guys who swear that 'oxiracetam' is the best of them, again, probably between 4-8 times stronger than piracetam, but this is totally just hearsay. The guys did seem quite thorough and literate with their nootropic and medical journal research though.
