Quick question on b6/b12
I bought both of these. b12 = 500mcg and b6 = 100mg.
Just asking if I should take these before bed or during a wbtb. Also which one do you recommend or think is better?

I don't have much experience with B12, so I can't really answer your question. I would just recommend experimenting. Just don't go overboard since I know B6 can become toxic if you take too much.
FYI, I have taken 100mg B6 before bed and it did give me fragmented sleep and vivid dreams. I generally woke up every hour, so my sleep was not very restful. If you are working or going to school the next day, I wouldn't recommend taking it before bed unless you take a lower dose. My personal preference is to take it during WBTB. Now I only take a 50mg dose if I take any at all.
