Melatonin and B6
my sister who is a nutritionist suggested i take b6 and melatonin for dreaming. i didnt ask much about it because i wasnt interested about dreaming at the time. but my question is if i'm supposed to take both before i goto bed? are there any side effects to melatonin or b6?

If you take too much B6 (like 1000mg) you can get nerve damage, but 200mg a night is probably harmless and does give many people more vivid dreams.

i just took 100mg of b6 and 3mg of melatonin last night, and my dreams were extremly clear but no lucid, i guess getting lucid is the problem now XD

If you want more info on this stuff, use the Search function on this forum and find previous threads about this... there are TONS, and I'm sure you can get a lot of useful information. :D

DROM:
The answer is yes, about an hour before bedtime.
As for lucidity, that part is up to you. There IS no pill that will make you lucid. All these dream aids do is enhance your dream quality; the more intense the better, but you still have to remember to recognize in the dream that you are dreaming.
The best website for buying Galathamine so far is www.dreamamins.com.

when i take melatonin i have good dreams but i dont remember them. I stopped taking it because of the drowsiness in the morning and because i heard it fucks with puberty.
