I just bought some Valerian Root 450mg capsules.
I got told you can take 2-3 capsules before bed and it will help you sleep and not impede dreaming.
I got this because I wanted to get a good timing on my core sleep to wake for the 90 min REM cycle endings and also it said it helps dreaming on a vitamin site.
Anyone have experiences with it and know when to take it and how much?
