Ok. I have a bunch of B6 pills. I know that you have to take Tryptophan with it. I said that Tryptophan is in milk. I drink a lot of milk (about 3-4 full glasses a day), am I getting enough for the B6 to work?

You don't have to take it with tryptophan, I've had it work plenty without. There isn't enough tryptophan in milk to raise your levels very much, but at a normal 100% daily recommended amount, you should be fine :)
Ok, how much should I take (B6)? Each pill is 100mg. They can be split in half. I'm kinda young.
B6 is water soluble, if you take too much your body will just expel it. There is no danger of overdosing except in extreme cases. 100mg sounds good, I think that's what I take.
Eat some turkey.
I don't mean to hijack your thread, but I take one-a-day-men's health. it has B6 in it, but do you think it is too little of an amount to matter?
Probably
