Who knows those supplements combined might only be counter acting eachother's effects. And suppose this cocktail would have resulted in very vivid, coherent, well remembered, lucid dreams, then how would you be able to tell which of the supplements did the trick?
If you're researching supplements for lucid dreaming then it's better if you take them seperately.
