Well, here is the sort of schedule I've figured out:
Before bed: Drink one glass of apple juice, and a banana if possible.
In WBTB: One glass of apple juice.

Since you're going with apple juice/banana I would recommend a fruit smoothie. That way you can add everything in together and drink it. You should add berries, which are actually more rich in antioxidants and more effective even than apple juice. I would suggest a half a banana, a few strawberries and blueberries, and whatever other fruit you have laying around, some apple juice, orange juice, ice, blend. Enjoy. :) (or you could just eat them too but I'm a smoothie lover) Even better you can get bags of frozen fruits like mixed blueberries, raspberries, and strawberries and mix them with a banana and some juice. You won't even need to add ice if you use frozen fruits.
Some other foods that are good: a bit of cheese and some dark chocolate
