Since you're going with apple juice/banana I would recommend a fruit smoothie. That way you can add everything in together and drink it. You should add berries, which are actually more rich in antioxidants and more effective even than apple juice. I would suggest a half a banana, a few strawberries and blueberries, and whatever other fruit you have laying around, some apple juice, orange juice, ice, blend. Enjoy. |
