Day 3, slept through my alarm again somehow, i've turned my alarm to max volume and i'm going to place it on my bed so hopefully it will 100% wake me up.
Meditation was excellent, did 35 minutes before going to sleep same with reality checks, I managed to stop my day to do a thoughtful reality check lots of times throughout the day. Although I didn't count it must've been over 15, I spent over a minute genuinely questioning whether I was dreaming or not, usually if I think about something enough it starts appearing in my dreams so hopefully as a result of this i'll start questioning whether im dreaming in my dreams although only time will tell .
If my alarm doesn't wake me up tonight i'm not sure what i'll do, if anybody has any suggestions feel free to share.
