First lucid dream in a while? Help...

I was in an empty room. I could recall it was the room in which I have done a lot of volunteer and community service. It was completely empty and it was just me there. I remember seeing some other teens that volunteered with me there, they came out of nowhere. But that's about all I remember. I was fully aware that I was dreaming for about 1 second then I woke up. It was a bit hazy. I went back to sleep and entered my 2nd dream which was non-lucid. Anyways is this considered a lucid dream? It felt so hazy and un-vivid but I know I felt it was a dream..is progress being made?

I'd classify it as a very short, semi-lucid dream. If you felt aware as soon as you realized it was a dream, it was definitely a lucid.

Wow that's great to know. Although it was a mere second of lucidity (or so it felt) do you think progress is being made? Because before a few days ago I had no awareness at all and I usually never remembered my dreams but now I can remember them and I keep a Dream Log Journal.

Yes that's good progress. :D It doesn't matter about the vividness, amount of lucidity, or length, it's still an LD.
