I'd classify it as a very short, semi-lucid dream. If you felt aware as soon as you realized it was a dream, it was definitely a lucid. |

I was in an empty room. I could recall it was the room in which I have done a lot of volunteer and community service. It was completely empty and it was just me there. I remember seeing some other teens that volunteered with me there, they came out of nowhere. But that's about all I remember. I was fully aware that I was dreaming for about 1 second then I woke up. It was a bit hazy. I went back to sleep and entered my 2nd dream which was non-lucid. Anyways is this considered a lucid dream? It felt so hazy and un-vivid but I know I felt it was a dream..is progress being made? |

We all live in a kind of continuous dream. When we wake, it is because something,
some event, some pinprick even, disturbs the edges of what we have taken as reality.

Wow that's great to know. Although it was a mere second of lucidity (or so it felt) do you think progress is being made? Because before a few days ago I had no awareness at all and I usually never remembered my dreams but now I can remember them and I keep a Dream Log Journal. |

Yes that's good progress. |
