More Lucid Dreams
Well, I have had a lucid each night for the past 2 nights. I think that I have found out what a good time for me to go to sleep and wake up for the wbtb method. The past 2 nights I went to bed at 11:30 and set an alarm for 5:30, get up for about 10 minutes, and then go back to sleep. Both nights I had a lucid and woke up at around 6:20. My biggest problem is i have a problem with remaining lucid. I always am dreaming, suddenly realize I am dreaming for some reason, and suddenly I wake up. I never really have enough time to rub my hands together or spin around. Hopefully I will get another tonight, but I am not sure if it will work, because i pulled an all nighter last night with some friends, so my sleep cycle might be messed up. one question i have is if instead of going to bed at 11:30 i go to bed at 9:30 would waking up at 3:30 give the same results and 5:30?

Congrats on lucid dreams and progress!
The reason for waking up could have been that you became lucid near the end of the REM Cycle, since we have higher awareness in that period we have more chances to get lucid closer to the end of the REM Cycle.
As for the question, i think it might affect results, at least for me personally switching the time in similar way affected my naps greatly as well as lucidity. :-?
