Lucid Dreaming Gone Wrong
I am new here, and just wanted some help or adivse about a dream I had.
A few weeks ago, my friend told me about lucid dreaming. So I looked it up, and found a technique of questioning yourself throughout the day, "Am I dreaming?" I started doing this randomly throughout the day, asking myself "Am I dreaming?" and then automatically responding "no." Last night, I had a dream that my teeth were crooked (they used to be when I was a kid). Then I asked myself "Am I dreaming?" and responded "No." I tried to fix my teeth by pushing them back into place, but all my teeth came loose, and some of them fell out, my two front ones started peeling. I could not stop crying and went to look for my mother. Then I woke up, and immediatly checked my teeth. What most worries me is that the dream felt so real, and I really thought during the dream that it was reality. Any advice, or information would help!

Don't wory - teeth falling out, or problems with teeth in general is a common dream scenario for many people (though I've never experienced it myself). Do a search for topics regarding teeth and see how many posts you come up with!

Welcome SZ58,
When asking yourself if you are dreaming you need to do a Reality Check (for more info do a search). Dreams can appear to be as real as everyday life, you need to have a more complex test.
Also dreams about teeth falling out can be used with MILD technique. I had this type of dream for years without losing any real teeth :D
