FIRST TIME LUCID DREAMERS!! (this is my idea)
This is for the people who have just had their First Lucid Dream.. I think it would be cool if this could be sticky'd for all those who have just had their First Lucid Dream..For them to explain what they did to help themselves get to the point of having their FIRST LD, and what it felt like, and what they did, etc..So that the other people who have yet to have their first LD, can look at this and get advice from some people who have had only 1 LD. Because i think that people that have had many LD's, come up with techniques or you know they have like a certain thing that helps them LD.. I think the first timers should post on this and explain how long it took them to get their first LD and give their own advice, and not the obvious advice like keeping a Dream Journal and lookin for Dream Signs..
This is pretty much for the FIRST TIME LDers to help get the people who have yet get an LD to the point where they can realize they are dreaming..Because like me I have had about 62 LD's in about 1 yr and 1 month...Experienced Lucid Dreamers are past the beginning stage, I think the beginners should help the Trying with it because maybe the Experienced Lucid Dreamres techniques are different from the Beginners Techniques..
So please tell me what you think of my idea

SILD (sofa induced lucid dreams.. lol)
I joined less than two weeks ago, so I've had a few LDs now, but I'm still a beginner...
The first night I was able to induce LDs, it was hot in my room and so I slept on the sofa in my living room instead. I had 4 lucids that night! When I posted about it, a few people commented that people tend not to sleep as deeply on the couch, perhaps making my lucid dreams come more easily. I've had a couple more during nap time on the sofa as well. So, that's pretty unscientific, but it worked for me! (Obviously, I was using *other* techniques as well, I just think this might have facilitated the dreams.)
