I have had some scary lucids (not great) and my lucids are mostly very realistic.
When i have had them it seems i have no dream control so i caan't fly away or anything, so i normally find a vehicle and put my foot down.

Sounds like a scary dream btw.

I still can't shake the feeling that I was experiencing absolute reality,and the grand
totalness was less like gameplay,then a return to the truth,the orgins of the species.
Eden revisited.I felt pureness for once,and not some demonic influence.
I feel I only resisted,because I'm the oldest of siblings,and feel responsible for my
family members souls,especially since my dad's death.

It really wouldn't worry me, because I can wake up at my will in a lucid. All I gotta do is try to open my eyes.
