I definitely agree with burning the ouija board if there is one, as ouija boards have a long history of attracting the wrong kind of spirits, which have resulted in some of the worst cases of demon possession from some of the things I have read.

Thank's again.. -Dream-Boat-... :D
I'm pretty sure I've heard somewhere that burning a ouija board is one of the last things you want to do, especially if it's been used.
And Dream Boat, you might want to take into consideration the phrase "Energy flows where the attention goes." Basically, it means you give an object in a dream power by focusing on it. If you start focusing on something else, it becomes weak. If you're flat out distracted by something else, then it'll disappear until you think of it again, if then. The most important thing to do, however, is remain calm. After all, if you're panicking because something in the dream hurt you you're not going to be able to take your attention off of it, are you?
Here's what works for me.
First, realize that it can do you no harm. After all, you're dreaming, and any injuries gained in a dream are illusions, that cannot harm you and which go away when you wake, if not sooner.
Second, recognize that it's a creation of your mind. If you deny that it's your creation, you're rejecting the authority that this gives you over it, severely decreasing your chances of defeating it.
Then, approach it. Don't bother combatting it, or trying to push it away, or running, these things either are fearful actions, which would make it more fearsome, or actions that treat it as a distinct entity, which causes it to act more like it is one. Confidently tell it that it can't hurt you, and that it's only a small part of your mind, under your control.
When I do this, at the very least whatever nightmare I'm facing at the time can do nothing to harm me, and more recently, it's caused them to lose all power, and allow me to continue lucid dreaming normally. It's certainly not the only way to deal with nightmares, but it's the only one that's worked well for me. I also suggest you read this article on overcoming nightmares, from Exploring the World of Lucid Dreaming.
dude, thats one scary dream, and you felt pain for real?
see it as a challenge, its just a dream. find him in your dream again, this time use you imagination, and summon god or something. or practise your lucid skills and prepare yourself.
Wether or not it's part of your subconscious, being fearful is the worst thing you can do. Fear can make dreams nearly impossible to control. Entities usually only enter your dreams to feed off negative energy, one of the strongest kinds being fear. My suggestion is to pray before you go to sleep and if you encounter one of these things again just try to stay calm and remember that it's only a dream
Well I don't know if it's a reocurring dream or not but if it's just a one time thing my thoughts most likely would be that it was just a nightmare and that's all it is. I've dreamt about things taht happen like I felt my brother hit me on the head and I've woken up with my head actually hurting. So it's just all in your head. Don't let this one bad dream ruin it for the rest of your dreams which are very wonderful. I hope I could help. =]
Well, LaBerge says to try and befriend such things if they're in your dream. If you really make a conscious effort to "like" said thing, it will just become non-scary.
In terms of Ouija boards... it's just unconscious movements of the hands, nothing supernatural about it. I think a big problem about this whole thing is taking it far too seriously. None of these creatures are real — only aspects of your imagination. I have no intention of treading on other peoples' religion but demons do not exist — simply realizing this would take away a lot of the dream-creature's power. As others have noted — YOU are in control in your dream, nothing else.
If it were me, I'd conjure a sword and shield, put on some plate mail and take it out toe-to-toe :)
