Lucid Heart "Spasm"
I had my fourth lucid dream. I'm very happy. It was just a DILD. I actually became lucid twice, but the first time, the second I realized I was dreaming, a kaleidoscope of fleshy colours took over my vision and everything went black. I became lucid later and for once was able to just sit there and feel the sensations instead of going off to find sex. :P
I wanted to really sense what it was like to be lucid. I stood there quietly, looking down at my feet. I could feel my body, like in real life. I could sense it better than usual though. Then I wanted to see if I could feel my heartbeat, and I could. But as I focused on it, it became insanely rapid. It was also very loud. It was all I could hear for a few seconds and my friend in front of me was staring as if something was wrong. It sort of scared me and hurt my chest because I could actually feel my heart against it. Then I stopped focusing on it and it went away. I focused on it again and it started to spasm again. I wasn't excited or anything. I was actually very calm. I woke up after that.
It was pretty interesting and the rest of the dream before the lucidity was very vivid and pretty.

Very interesting... I think a lot of things like this happen because when you do something just because "you wonder what would happen" then you somewhat subconciously expect SOMETHING to happen. So your brain has to supply something interesting. I bet if you tried the same experiement, but expected NOTHING to happen, it would. Or rather, wouldn't ;)

Weird, that's not good because your heartrate is in your dream is directly correlated to your real heart rate.
