very dissapointing WILD, but still successful.
i've been WILDing right when i go to bed for a while now, as well as WBTB WILDing when i wake up. ive been successful before sleep and after sleep multiple times, but this experience i had last night was cruel..
alright. so i was laying on my back when first attempting to WILD, and after about 10 min i felt SP and the super rapid-beating heart feeling, and i was also hearing weird things as usual (hearing things (auditory hypnogogia) is much more common for me vs. visual hypnogogic imagery) but i felt uncomfortable after a while since i could feel my blankets being kinda messed up (even in SP i could feel it) so i rolled on my side, and put a pillow between my legs, and one between my arms and i took off my blankets all the way. (its hot in my room) i was pretty comfortable, so i didnt move from there. i WASNT trying to WILD anylonger. just tryin to sleep. all of a sudden, without feeling any sensations similar to the ones i felt moments ago, i was standing in my kitchen. it seemed normal as usual. i thought to myself-- how the hell did that just happen. im lucid, and i wasnt even trying to WILD... so i walk over to my family room and decided id focus on gaining lucidity. i floated into a comfortable position, like i was reclined on a couch, and closed my eyes and thought of what was going on. i thought of my RL body sleeping in bed, and how i was dreaming and i was just trying to gain more lucidity. when i opened my eyes, i was back in my bed in the same position. =[ =[ =[
i know most people say that when you WILD as u first go to bed, the dreams are usually less vivid and short. but i mean, this was REALLY REALLY short and much shorter than my usual successful WILDs.
i just came to the conclusion when i started surfin the web that maybe that was a false awakening? it was just a weird experience for me and id like some feedback on what u guys think... thanks for ur time readin this btw. lol
