Super's First Lucid Dream..

ok ill just skip the life story to this dream and start right when i realize that im dreaming.... things got a lot more clear, i could feel my self and my surroundings... but then i walked to the mirror in the bathroom to look at my face... it was all twisty and disfigured... so i closed my eyes and tried to open them but they wouldnt, so i tried harder and wound up opening my real eyes instead.. but before i realized i was dreaming i woke up twice... once to do a chore for a friend early in the morning... and next after i woke up from a separate dream...

now with that aside.... does anybody have any tips on realizing dreams when your in a DEEP, deep sleep? cus its been about 3 days since my last lucid and i can only remember like.. half a dream since then... and the dream didnt even make any since

Congrats on your first lucid dream! :D

You're more likely to become lucid in the dreams you have later in the night. With that said, by working on the techniques you use, I'd say that any of them (except WILD) is just as good to become lucid when you feel deeper into REM sleep.

You have a dream journal, right? Are you keeping it up to date?

.. i would keep my dream journal up to date if i could remember my dreams...
