First off, keep in mind that this... is only true for vivid lucids or people who happen to have good DC. (Dream Control.) Vividness has nothing to do with lucidity. LOL, (Level of Lucidity,) is ONLY based on how aware you are that you are dreaming. If somewhere in your head you know you are dreaming, but it is not on the forefront of your mind, that is a low LOL. A mid-level of LOL would be knowing that you are dreaming but not knowing all the implications of that. (This is an LSD- Lucid Sort-of Dream.) A high level, what is reffered to ass just 'being lucid' is knowing and fully comprehending that you are dreaming. Get it? So based on that scale, how high of a LOL were you at?
Hope I helped.
