[Serious] Help or explaination needed!!

Hello everyone. I seriously LOVE lucid dreaming, am doing it for 5-6 years now, almost every night I feel like it. But about 1 week ago, I had something that I could not stop. I think through the years I got pretty experienced in this, I know how to do stuff and what NOT to do. This time, I was flying around (my favorite thing to do in dreams), landed in a skyscraper, and rolled a joint (you can actually feel high). I also love destroying cities in my dreams, now I tried to make my country a peaceful place where are no crimes and harm. While I was doing the job ( killing everyone corrupt ), I started to feel immerse pain in my back, but only sometimes, for like 5-6 seconds, when I moved away from a place, it stopped, when I stopped, it started. Soon, I heard a voice "What you are doing at nights will kill the world itself." Then, a black demon like creature appeared (he was like 3-4x me, veery big) I was like fuck you, i will do whatever I want in my own dreams, now begone." When i said my sentence, I tried to do my trademarked killing skill (turning the body inside out, then disappearing), it didnt work. I couldn't do anything to that creature. When i was staring at him, I could feel the pain not in my back but it felt like its my soul. I immediately woke up, I was freaked out, this NEVER happened to me in my dreams. Next day, I didnt even try lucid dreaming. But after the next night, I said "Fuck that, it must be some mistake", and did lucid dream that night. In the middle of my dream I started to feel the immerse pain again. As soon as I felt it i woke up... the pain is nothing you can actually compare. Next day, I WANTED to know what is it. I absorbed some strength and went to sleep again. Nothing happened now like yesterday, the early dream was all good. Then I started to feel it again. I said "Show yourself and tell me who the fuck you are!!" He appeared right in front of me, and said: "You are already marked. The light will soon fade from dreams." The pain started to get VERY strong, so I woke myself up. Next day at night, I went to take a shower. I noticed a black line on my calf, and it just dont come off. We tried everything but it isnt even fading a little. It was 3 days ago, and the line is still not fading. I haven't done any lucid dreaming since then. What can it be? Someone have experience like this? I need someones help... this is serious.

Could it be astral projection instead of a lucid dream? Just wondering.

How can someone start an astral projection? The only thing about it, that as I said, I'm doing lucid dreaming for several years now, and i never had any OOBE experiences, and now, I have only OOBE experiences? I don't know what to do, I'm completly lost. I'm afraid to sleep now for long hours...

No problem! Well I don't know which techniques you use to have lucid dreams. But you can astral project/have obe's from Sleep Paralysis or even meditation. Do you induce sleep paralysis or do you meditate? And I would say, take a break from Lucid Dreaming. Maybe when you return some day into the dream world, he might be gone forever. Cause if you can't fight it, I honestly don't know what else you could do. D:

I use both, but mostly I use sleep paralysis, I only use meditation at day. Me and my husband talked about it, and I settled, I'm going to lucid dream tonight, and see what will happen. I don't want to fear from a dream... Tomorrow, I will write what happened. I'm going to check this forum till late-night when I will try it, maybe we will be more enlightened.

Well it could be something paranormal but i rather not go to that side that's more for the beyond dreaming section. The pain is quite interesting.. But maybe because u experienced it once in a lucid dream and was thinking a lot about it when u woke up, the pain and the person appeared again in your lucid dream cause u where thinking about it a lot?

I could be wrong, but at the moment this is the only thing i can think about that seems to make sense to me. Just try to keep your mind away from it, and if im correct it shouldn't appear anymore in your lucid dreams. U sayed "I WANTED to know what is it. I absorbed some strength and went to sleep again. " When u do this, ur kinda asking yourself for it to happen, if u can follow me on this one?

So just try to relax and think about other stuff, that's my biggest advice to you. It could be something paranormal don't get me wrong, but i think it's wise to just think away from that for a moment and look at the other options. Hope this helps u a little bit out.

Not sure if this is the answer u where looking for but i think it's just a normal lucid dream that went a little bit wrong. Once in a while something out of our control can appear in our lucid dream.

Hmmm so you didn't knew about that mark before the "demon" told you? And you don't even believe in astral projection and yet this happened? Wow..

I have heard of other people doing stuff in dreams and get "punished" from dream character or entities. One guy learned to astral project almost at will and he asked question which answers probably wasn't meant for him. Because later on some guy appeared in his dreams and told him that he had used his separation ability to freely and will not longer be able to astral project.
And then he couldn't anymore. This guy's name was Thomas Campbell.

Also... One of my friend dreamt that some monster scratched a pillow in his house. When he woke up there was a scratch at that pillow, which is on a sofa in different room than he sleeps in. And no the scratch wasn't there the day before.
His parents were working that night, he doesn't have any pets and well he doesn't sleep walk.
So paranormal event again.

I hope it sorts out for you, although you should consider your moral in your dreams, because either it is a demon who doesn't like it, or it is your subconscious. So it's bad either way.
And one last question. Are you sure you don't have any idea from what that mark came from? And you are sure you didn't had it before that dream?

Iapetos: I think i never said i don't believe in ap. The mark was not there that night, because everytime before I go to bed I take a good refreshing shower. It wasn't there at that moment. And it just don't want to come down with anything...
And by the way, I hope its not a demon... I just said "demon" because thats the only thing i can compare the creature.

I didn't believed in AP before, and still have some trouble believing in it since I haven't experienced proof myself (Not after reading your post though!!), although some of my friends have and I trust them.

But I can't believe or know fully until I experience something convincing enough myself. And I just assumed you didn't believed in it, since you called it lucid dreaming, although I believe it happens in the same realm so to speak. Anyway my bad :P

I understand if you don't want to, but this experience is so ehm special, and I have some experienced astral projection friends and one of them might be able to tell what or even who it was.
Either way their answer might be interesting. Would you mind explaining in more detail how the "demon" figure looked like?

Strangely, I remember almost every particle. His body was very big, 3-4x time as me, and between the colors of grey-black. He had 2 curly horns on his forehead and 1 hertz-horn like thing on his chin. His eyes were absurdly big compared to his head, full black. He had several spikes on his chest, and his stomach were open, tough it was only blackish inside. He was holding some kind of book as big as a lexicon in his left hand.

Yeah it would definitely be interesting to see a photo of it.

I asked my friend, he said that it could be anyone and if this truly was a very powerful entity doing this to make you realize that you have a responsibility even in dreams, then he wouldn't show his real appearance since you might be surprised of who it was and then you wouldn't believe that what you were experiencing was real. So the appearance isn't important, what's important now is that you shouldn't be scared or afraid he simply works like an astral or dream police. They are tough, they punish people that kill or harm, but they wont hurt you.
Just think about what you do there in the future. This sounds silly I know, but this is the kind of explanation there is if you perceive this as real.

Sorry, I don't believe in AP and demons as real entities. This is your mind playing tricks on you.
However, there could be a real expalnation for the pain. Do you have any waking pain?
Maybe you had something else causing you real pain while you were dreaming?

No he didn't sadly, apparently the appearance doesn't matter if they are powerful, because they would never show you their real look.
There is one thing you can do though, if you dare :P Next time your lucid ask to meet him again and ask who he is, he will probably not say,
but he might give an interesting answer.

Without a picture it sounds like a varicose vein.

Sometimes they appear and becauce you're not used to paying attention to them their appearance can seem alarming.

The dreams are odd.

What I know about it that its 100% that is not varicose vein. I also asked my friend to give me a cable to the cam, going to get it tomorrow or next day! I'm going to sleep soon, I'm very curious. I will ask hm questions if he appears again.

I think I might be able to shed a little light on this... most likely you and everyone who reads this will think I'm a candidate for the men in white coats. But I think you need the help. I've lucid dreamed all my life. I don't do it by choice, and I don't use it as my own personal amusement park. I'm a bit envious :)

Just reading the post it appears that the terminology folks are using is ap (astral projection), so I'll stick to that for simplicity. I believe you have an ability to bridge realms, although I realize that you aren't aware of it. I have no idea if you can just turn it off, like you could with simple lucid dreaming... Meaning that your presence and activity is strictly held within the subconscious mind.

I don't believe that what you encountered was a demon. Demon's are chaos driven and simply would not be remotely interested in stopping destructive rampages. The entity was a protector. And although in a lucid dream where you can have full control (it is after all you own brain), the realm you entered will not be governed by your will or even demands for information. It's not my intention to frighten you or anyone. These things can be dealt with. I know because I've been working in these realms for years. I've come back from the altercations with physical injuries. It happens... But rarely (thankfully).

You obviously got enough latent ability that you were causing rifts in a real manner without even realizing it. That's really dangerous. This is really hard to explain without going into massive amounts of detail. Basically, what you do at an energetic level (which you bridged into), manifests in the physical reality. Ask any magickal practitioner... It's the stuff of spell work. Hopefully I didn't lose you with that last bit.

The bottom line is that a protector came looking for you because the destructive energy you've been wielding has exceeded simple lucid dreaming. You were creating real damage energetically. Granted, we are all given free will... So you can destroy if you wish. There are simply consequences directly associated with behavior. Honest, I'm not judging. Just trying to explain in a clean, abbreviated answer. You proceeded to give him (or her) the figurative finger, thinking that you were still only dealing with your own subconscious. Therefore, you were given a much sterner warning... Something you weren't likely to dismiss.

Hopefully that didn't come off as too harsh or scary. I really do understand how frightening an experience like that can be, and it's not fun at all. I can tell you that the protector doesn't "have it out for you" or any such thing. If the destruction stops, you're done. I'm not saying that you can't do what you want in your own head. But it sounds as if you're bridging, and don't even know when you've exceeded lucid dreaming. Perhaps you could try programming your lucid dreams to stay within the boundaries of your own subconscious. I have no idea how you enter into lucid dreaming... But in your post it sounds like you make the choice to do it. So maybe also make the conscious decision to limit it as well.

I had the most bizarre and scariest lucid dream (?) last night... I was on top a cliff with beautiful sight and everything. I summoned some people and were talking, playing airball. It was awesome for a little, when the sky started turning black. Time out, I'm in our house's garden. It's a very big garden, with lots of trees, we also have horses and chickens. But there were no animals, trees, only the grass and the house, it was pretty weird. And it comes again... the pain. I tried not to freak out and I succeeded, but the pain didn't stop, but it was bareable. I turned around and he was there. He looked exactly like last time, the book was there too. With his right hand he showed a gesture which I can best describe as a "Hello" gesture, but unfortuanetly, it wasn't that. I was pushed to the ground, so forcefully that I felt very big pain. He started to push me into the ground, the pain was UNBEARABLE, I started to think I'm going to die soon. He stopped. He was looking at me for a while, when he landed to book to me. "Sign" - He said. I couldn't read it because it was in foreign language, words I have never seen. Before I could do anything, my husband woke me up. He said I was shacking and I woke him up.

I'm going today too. The line isn't fading, tomorrow I'll upload a picture!

Someone got any explaination for this?

Try asking who he is next time, and what he wants. Whether or not it's your subconscious, that's probably how you're going to get answers.

This may sound strange, but try to plant an idea in his mind to leave you alone? Just use your creativity/imagination. Kinda like Inception. Who knows, it may work. :)

MYSTERY SCRATCHES

Have you ever woken up in the morning to find strange and unexplained scratches or bruises on your body and in places you couldn’t have reached yourself. The mind is a powerfull thing, i think we all can agree on that. But what if ur dreaming about a bruise on your leg (just an example). Do u guys think it would be possible for your mind to create a real bruise on your body? If this was true, it probably would only apply to small things. What do u guys think about it? I know it sounds a little bit strange, but we still have so many things to learn about our brain.. So who knows?

I have always wondered about this. And the opposite too, imagine if you have bruise on your body and dream about healing it/not having it. Would it heal?
If this would be possible, imagine the potencial of lucid dreaming in the future.
