Try asking who he is next time, and what he wants. Whether or not it's your subconscious, that's probably how you're going to get answers.

This may sound strange, but try to plant an idea in his mind to leave you alone? Just use your creativity/imagination. Kinda like Inception. Who knows, it may work.

I can see you sleep through your bedroom window. You're killing yourself with lucid dreaming.

Just found this, find it rather fitting for you. Probably won't help you that mutch, but your not alone appearently!

      MYSTERY SCRATCHES

Have you ever woken up in the morning to find strange and unexplained scratches or bruises on your body and in places you couldn’t have reached yourself. Well ... even if you haven’t millions of others have. In fact, there are internet forums where people describe the phenomenon and desperately appeal for explanations and help. (Just google: “strange cuts and scratches” or “mysterious scratches on body”) In most cases the scratches are mild and disappear in a day or two and the vast majority of these cases never get medically reported as the sufferers usually convince themselves that they are somehow self inflicted. Others attribute the injuries to bug bites, allergic reactions or even something that happened during the day that they failed to notice at the time.

Usually the incident is forgotten as soon as the bruises vanish or the scratches fade. However, persistent sufferers go to great lengths to rule out these possibilities. There have been cases of sufferers wearing gloves to bed, fumigating their houses and even taking full medical allergy tests all to no avail. In one case a woman went to the extreme length of having a friend watch her while she slept and still woke up with new bruises and scratches. According to her friend nothing strange happened except for a period when the victim tossed and turned restlessly for about 15 minutes.

Doctors try to put forward rational explanations for this condition such as the skin disease Pityriasis Rosea but most of these thoroughly fail to convince those that have actually experienced it happening to them.

This strange phenomenon has persisted through the centuries and in the past has been explained by demons, having-a-devil-on-your-back, goblin fury, divine punishments and even encounters with incubi or succubae. In some cases the victims report that in addition to the scratches and bruises they have other more disturbing injuries. Are they self-inflicted?

I was thinking about this for a little bit, what do u guys think about this:
The mind is a powerfull thing, i think we all can agree on that. But what if ur dreaming about a bruise on your leg (just an example). Do u guys think it would be possible for your mind to create a real bruise on your body? If this was true, it probably would only apply to small things. What do u guys think about it? I know it sounds a little bit strange, but we still have so many things to learn about our brain.. So who knows?

      TruMotion and Iapetos like this.

All successful people men and women are big dreamers. They imagine what their future could be, ideal in every respect, and then they work every day toward their distant vision, that goal or purpose.

It's best to have failure happen early in life. It wakes up the Phoenix bird in you so you rise from the ashes.

I have always wondered about this. And the opposite too, imagine if you have bruise on your body and dream about healing it/not having it. Would it heal?
If this would be possible, imagine the potencial of lucid dreaming in the future.

      yes....yesssss.....

Ask him why he is bothering you....My thought: your desire to control your dream environment has led to an unintended consequence. Communicating with this DC will probably shed some light on this. Accept his presence, and gather information...

Your body is yours...You have control in your dreams, yet your mind is suggesting you have no control over your physical body...

The world is the way it is for a reason. Wanting to change the world is a common desire. The questions Why is always good.
