*It's a dark fogy night. You walk past a deserted building looking ready to be demolished. There is skimpy looking Imp hamering up a sign on the main wall. Rather funny looking as the hammer is nearly as big as the Imp. 'Soon to open! Raz Cocktail Lounge. Refurneshing in progress (and Raz is on vacation)'.
-There we go... Master will be verry pleased with me for getting this evil building for him. Yeeesss... Verry pleased indeed!

and so the prophesy is in motion... as you walk past the spooky house you se, to your suprise, a green sign with big friendly letters saying "open". You consider going in to check out the place... But think better of it... Every now and then you se the head of a Imp pop up above the window sill as he jumps up to se if there is any custumers comeing.
