RLS (Restless Leg Syndrome)
I have RLS.
It sounds something like ADD judging by the name, but it isn't at all.
It is just the need to move my legs, while I'm stationary.
At night time, it sucks balls.
I'm lying there comfortably when all of a sudden I feel this feeling in my legs.
It is like this wierd tightening sensation, and when I move my legs, or roll over it feels way better.
Then about ten seconds later, I have to roll over again.
There are worse things that I could have, but it just sucks because it takes me like 2 hours to fall asleep at night.
But one thing I found that helps is watching lots of TV.
And once I'm asleep it's no problem.
Lots of people have it without even knowing too.
I didn't even know until I saw an ad about it on TV and was like, hey, that sounds like me.
Then I asked my doctor and she said I did have it.
Don't know what the point of this thread is, but I'm just saying it blows.
