Hey all, :panic:
I am curious to know if you guys/girls have any unique, and/or strange techniques that you use to fall asleep quickly. Do you have a breathing technique? do you tire your body out somehow? do you have a certain position that you get your body into that helps you fall asleep fast?
Forget about the obvious warm milk, no caffeine, sleep at same time etc.
Please post, so others can read over these techniques and try them out for themselves.
