My first everyman attempt
Hello everyone
I decided to do the everyman cycle. I want to do this because i just don't have enough time to do all the things i want.
I was hoping to get some support on my schedule, as i don't know if it is correct.
The plan is to have a 3 hour core sleep and three 20 minute naps.
The first nap after breakfast; 07:20 - 07:40
The second on can be done in my lunchbreak; 12:40 - 13:00
The third when i get back from college; 18:00 - 18:20
and then the core sleep; 23:20 - 02:20
Is this a decent schedule or should i switch some things around? Maybe the core sleep and the last nap a bit later?
