Ive had this since I can remember. It takes me 1-2 hours to fall asleep, and if I am nervous or excited sometimes even longer...what can I do about this(no doctors)?

Ive had this since I can remember. It takes me 1-2 hours to fall asleep, and if I am nervous or excited sometimes even longer...what can I do about this(no doctors)?
the best advice that I can give is to make sure you are active durring the day. make sure you move aroudn alot and get exercise. Try running a few laps or something before you go to sleep, it will tire you out.
