I've already been told once that my current sleep habits are healthy, but I'm wanting to get a second opinion mostly for the fun of it. n_n
I usually go to bed sometime between 9:00 and 11:00 at night. I can barely make it to midnight, so I don't even try. I lie half-awake in bed for about an hour or two depending on when I go to bed (I'm usually out like a light by midnight or thereabouts).
Then, I'm usually awake by around 5:00 or 6:00, and I literally can't stand to sleep in past 8:00. My shoulders and various other joints in my extremities start hurting like crazy if I'm down for too long. Also, it just gets too boring to lie in bed and do absolutely nothing. I'm a morning dragon, yes. n_n
Also, I think that some of y'all would be surprised to know I'm 17, and I sleep this way. I actually find it odd that a lot of my classmates can stand to stay up to midnight or later, and sleep in until lunchtime. O_o
