I've found a pretty effective way of getting very tired, as long as you're somewhat tired to begin with. first, lie in bed in a comfortable position. Then tense all of your muscles as hard as you can and slowly relax them. tense them a little bit less hard and relax again. repeat this until your body is completely relaxed. To make your eyelids heavy, slowly close them and open them slightly less. Repeat this until your eyes are closed.
