Hey guys,
I need some help in the sleeping department. For a couple of years now I've been unable to sleep at normal times. I won't say I have insomnia, because I don't, but it did seem so at first.
I do eventually fall asleep, but not until the early morning hours (2:30 - 3:00 AM). I'll stay up somewhere in the house until 2-ish, and then lie awake in bed until I finally fall asleep.
Any tips on getting back to normal sleep hours?
