i recommend working out your arm mainly stretch exercises + strengthening.
one good one is taking a weight and lifting it above your head with that shoulder, lateral raises (lifting arms straight out in whichever direction w/ weight in it)
forearm workouts will help too, taking a weight and spinning your wrists to left and right as far as you can is a good one.
as for stretching try stretching your arms behind your back and over your heard n such, and bending your wrist backwards (pulling back on your fingers).
