I am having a VERY hard time falling asleep when I wake up at night.
I cannot fall asleep in naps either.
When I wake up in the middle of the night and stay up more then 3 minutes, it takes me at least 30 minutes to fall back asleep. I can't stand this because I want to try and WILD but I can't go to sleep right away when I fail. It takes me forever to hit SP too and I am completely still. I don't get out of bed either.
Naps: Sometimes I am just exhausted. I cannot take naps no matter how long I wait. I have a low caffeine intake but caffeine has an opposite effect on me, I get tired instead of hyper. I lay completely still, make my room dark, but still no luck.
Is there anything I can do? Do I just have a sleeping problem?
