I'm currently in college and like many, I found I don't have enough time to do everything I need to do and still have a restfull sleep. Is there a type of meditation that could reduce my sleep hours and still have the energy from a restfull sleep?

i think this does actaully work. some nights i managed to stay up all night with energy while periodically meditating, though i still crashed later. ive managed to need about 2 hours less sleep a night from meditating frequently and using binaural beats, but i only did it for about a week. supposedly budha slept 4 hours a night. i dont know if any specific kind is best for this, i don't think the exact kind matters
Unlikely. They say it's possible but you don't really see anybody around who did it. So if it is, it's only for very advanced and talented meditators.
