Alternative sleep pattern
Hello everyone,
it's been a while since I posted (hollidays :D:D), and I wanted to bring a project of mine under attention.
I got interested in sleep patterns such as biphasic sleep and am now experimenting with my own variant.
I devided my night into four fases. Each consisting of 1.5 hours of sleep and 1/5 hour of relaxing awake. It is based on the 90 minute sleep cycle theory which is the base of most polyphasic sleeppatterns...
I would like to hear your opinions and perhaps some constructive feedback...
