Hi,
I am looking to adopt an everyman sleep schedule, but I need some advice on how I can fit it into my schedule. I have a large block (8 hours) where I am unable to nap. I was thinking of doing a 4-hour core nap 2:30a - 6:30a, and 2 smaller naps throughout the day. But from 7a - 3p I am unable to nap what so ever. Any advice?
