Relaxation Question
I believe I have a unique problem. Sometimes, when I try to relax and fall asleep, for awhile I feel very relaxed and nice. but sometimes, I start to feel a strong tingling sensation, that is not painful...but...horrible. The only way to stop this sensation is to move- so... how am I supposed to fall asleep those nights?

Usually the tingling means your body is falling asleep and its the onset of Sleep Paralysis.
How long does it usually take for the tingling to start?
