I believe I have a unique problem. Sometimes, when I try to relax and fall asleep, for awhile I feel very relaxed and nice. but sometimes, I start to feel a strong tingling sensation, that is not painful...but...horrible. The only way to stop this sensation is to move- so... how am I supposed to fall asleep those nights? |

Usually the tingling means your body is falling asleep and its the onset of Sleep Paralysis. |
